Capabilities

One building, four operations, no outsourced pleat pack.

Media selection through final test happens here, which is why we can quote a built-to-print element in two days instead of two weeks.

What happens here.

Media selection

Glass fiber, cellulose, polyester and 316L woven mesh. We hold the common grades and will source a specialty grade against a firm order.

Pleating and converting

Rotary and blade pleating, epoxy and plastisol bonding, wire-backed and perforated cores.

Assembly

End-cap bonding, seal fitting, and housing assembly up to skid-mounted duplex sets.

Test

Bubble-point and collapse testing on first articles and on a sampled basis in production. The report ships with the order when you ask for it.

Not in the catalog

The catalog is what we stock, not what we can build.

Built-to-print elements and housing assemblies are quoted from your drawing or from a sample. They are not priced in the catalog because they are not priced until we see them.

What we do not do

We do not hold a pressure-vessel code stamp, we do not do in-house media manufacture, and we do not stock every interchange in the market. If your application needs any of those, tell us early. It is cheaper for both of us to find out in the first conversation than in the third.

Bring us the awkward one.

The obsolete element, the odd thread, the one nobody will quote.
